Runnin’ a lil’ late, but here’s part 2, as promised! And I’m a gal of my word!

While taking the pictures you’re about to see, a question was bugging me: “Shouldn’t I better blog about Easter? ” And I realized I never, and I’m pretty sure NEVER, did a post related to RL events. Like Christmas, Valentine’s day, Japan and so on.  I mean… I love holidays, presents :X :X, I felt bad for what happen in Japan and I feel like such a weirdo for not giving you what you were probably expecting. Maybe you, my dear reader, wanted to see some themed places… and I, like a dork, wrote about something else… Or just maybe you’re a weirdo like me, and appreciate that I don’t follow “the rules”. Thou it was not intended!

Oh well… let’s see what’s today in my album:

Awesome Blossom is on top of my 3 favorite places to visit while shopping. It recently moved and it’s even more beautiful than it was before.

Ingenue is a really nice places. And thou you don’t have that much to see, the few decorations are inspirational and just what I’m like looking for.

Oooh Nordari! I so so so regret that I didn’t take any pictures before it moved *sighs*. Still! Nobody complains about the new one! Turned out just adorable.

P.S. “We always hold hands. If I let go, she shops.” (Henny Youngman)

First two favorite things to do in SL! Can’ t decide which one I love the most, but I must admit when a store meets a wonderful landscape, it just melts my heart! And my lindens :D

The other week I was doing a hunt (the perfect hunt I have ever had the pleasure to do). And came across some places. Today and tomorrow I’m gonna share them with you. I know I said somewhere that I don’t advertise stores. Half true. These will be exceptions, because the owners of these sims deserve some recognition. To be admired for their creativity and use of building and landscaping skills in SL. And in case you forgot what’s this blog all about, this is a reminder! I always look for that sparkle, the idea, the “WOW” in my travels. And when I find them…it’s like falling in love.

Oooh, yeah…I’m back on Phoenix abusing the windlights :X:X So missed them.

Valiant won my heart with the “destroyed” entrance and then the view. Which looks a lot like RL… breathtaking!

Don’t you just love a good texture and a secret passage? I do! Sur, at Glitter has them!

So little and cozy,Verspertine is a dreamy place! And something about a tree with a swing in a house, just makes me say “Aaaw! I gotta blog this!”

P.S. Shopping is a woman thing. It’s a contact sport like football. Women enjoy the scrimmage, the noisy crowds, the danger of being trampled to death, and the ecstasy of the purchase. (Erma Bombeck)

RP part 3
Vampires…so fascinating, dangerous and sexy. I’m pretty sure we’ve all heard of Count Dracula (the main reason my country is known for); red Bram Stoker’s horror novel “Dracula”; saw Twilight, Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (this one I soooo loved), Dracula and so on. In Second Life, vampires are pretty popular too. The people who brought the idea into this world, are ridiculously rich right now. Yeah, I’m talking about Bloodlines. Just think about it…the hud to transform your avi costs 599L. And there are over 47.000 (!!!) residents who have been turned into this skin-glowing creatures. Add to this the Soul reaper (a thingy you need to suck the soul out of the resident), tanks of blood you need to buy and drink so you don’t get destroyed. Smart peeps! Really! And the vampire community is growing. Each day!
And there is another way of becoming a vampire( this one costs nothing, but you kinda need to buy weapons…wich are also expensive), and from what I remember, they only fight in CCS…there’s no blood-sucking involved.
As I already said in a previous post, I used to be a vampire (and I think I still am). I joined out of curiosity, I was new and liked the idea of being part of such a well organized community. Plus, I’m grateful that this is how I met my daddy ( the only man I truly and always love in SL). Anyway …what was I saying? Oh yeah…so, it’s a fun way of spending your time, sucking peeps blood, advancing in rank, wearing the sexiest of clothes and walk around floating with a mysterious look on your face. Chicks really dig that :D :D

The Destiny is a vampire RPG where you can earn merits and awards, raise your rank or try to make it to the King or Queen of your clan or your family. Play as vampire, lycan, angel, human, dragon or demon.

(I love the texture on the ground)

As soon as you land in Vamporium, you’ll feel a cold wind upon the back of your neck. There’s a whole region and shop of horrors to explore, including dark corners, haunted castles, Hell Maze, crypts and all manner of gruesome creatures. A truly dark adventure awaits!

(this sim is really, but really amazing!!! make sure you have plenty of time to explore it)

Walk the streets of the City of Lost Angels, a place where demons, angels, nekos and vampires roam free.

(told ya vampires are misterious! why do you think they built this thing? i honestly have no idea! maybe they are trying to say that even egyptian peeps were vampieres?!?!?!)

P.S. There are such beings as vampires, some of us have evidence that they exist. Even had we not the proof of our own unhappy experience, the teachings and the records of the past give proof enough for sane peoples. (Bram Stoker)
